More than 1.3 million Americans are owed a tax refund from the IRS for 2017.
They need to file a return quickly if they want the money.
There is only a three year window to claim these refunds and the window closes on May 17th.

UBS predicts that 80,000 stores will close in the US by 2026.
At the end of 2020, there were 115,000 malls in the US, including strip centers, malls, outlet centers, and other lifestyle centers.
E-commerce will force many of these stores to close, according to UBS.
Gas prices hit a national average of $ 2.87 a gallon, 94 cents more than at the same time in 2020, according to AAA, which found demand is a factor affecting prices at the pump.
A Gas Buddy analyst said economic recovery was the main driver behind the surge, but he pointed out to Fox Business that Biden administration policies such as limiting permits for new wells are also contributing.
AAA says in Indianapolis that the current average is $ 2.74 per gallon.
